Beach Villa Balian is made up of the Main Villa and the Guest House.
Here are the nightly rates:
- 1 Bed Guest House: IDR 1,500,000 (approx AUD$150)
- 3 Bedroom Villa: IDR 4,700,000 (approx AUD$470)
- Guest house & villa (4 bedrooms): IDR 6,20,000 (approx AUD$620)
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check in time is 1 pm.

The Main Villa has cooking facilities including a kitchen island for food preparation, crockety, utensils and a fridge freezer. The Guest House does not have cooking facilities but the use of a fridge, tea coffee and kettle is provided.
To get food for cooking yourself you can shop at traditional Balinese markets and supermarkets which are about a mile from the accommodation or ask Arsa the host to buy. A chef can be arranged at the villa upon request for an additional cost.
There are 3 excellent restaurants within a 2-minute walk.
There is a high-speed broadband internet connection here and your room will be cleaned daily.
Booking terms and conditions
Full payment is required to make a reservation by bank transfer or credit card. 3% fee for credit card payments.
- Cancellations with minimum 60 days notice – 50% refund.
- Cancellations with minimum 30 days notice – 30% refund.
- Cancellations with minimum 7 days notice – 15% refund.
- No refund if less than 7 days notice.
Minimum administration charge of £20 to amend a reservation. A maximum administration fee of £100 will be applied to reservations that are complicated, time consuming or require many emails. We require 60 days notice to change the dates of a reservation.
No smoking anywhere inside the villa or guest house. Smoking is allowed anywhere outside i.e. cocktail bar, garden, swimming pool area is ok. No pets allowed. You are responsible for any damage to property.
Electricity is generated in Bali using fossil fuels. Global warming is an issue that affects everyone, and while your comfort during your stay is very important to us, we ask you not to be wasteful. It is a requirement to switch off aircon, fans and lights that are not in use. When leaving the property all electrical appliances must be switched off.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you do not comply with these regulations. Accommodation prices are in £GBP.
